A: LG Medical Supplies sells various medical supplies that are usually used by nursing students. Their primary products are Sphygmomanometer and Stethoscope. For other products, click here.
Q: What is the minimum order required?
A: The minimum order depends on the items you will purchase. For more details please contact us.
Q: What are the regions you serve?
A: We serve all areas within the Philippines as long as it is served by LBC. To check if your area is with in LBC coverage, please click here.
Q: Will my order be delivered to my residence?
A: It depends on the delivery policy of the LBC branch near you. LBC usually offers door to door delivery within cities and towns. To check if your area is within the door to door service of LBC, please click here. If your address is out of their delivery coverage area, you need to pick it up at your nearest LBC branch. We will inform you the address of the branch on where you can claim your order.
Q: What mode of payment do you accept?
A: We recommend direct bank deposits at selected commercial banks like
Allied Bank and Metrobank.
Q: How long does it take to received my order?
A: Since we use LBC in shipping all orders, in normal operation it will takes 24-hours or one day before it reaches to the LBC local branch in your area.
Q: How can I place my order?
A: You can send your order by calling or texting this number: +63-926-5456-173 or you can send it online using our Order Forms.
Q: What is your order process?
A: Here is our order process. You will send your order to us. We will call, text or email you for the verification of your order and send you the amount that needs to be paid. When you received the bill, please go to the nearest Allied Bank or Metrobank in your area to deposit the payment. When you made the payment please send a message or call us or confirmation. Upon receipt of the payment we will process your order immediately.
Q: What is your CUT OFF time?
A: Our cut off time is at 12:00 pm. Payment recieved on or before 12:00 pm will be processed and shipped on the same day. Meanwhile, payment recieved after 12:00 pm will be processed but the shipment will take place on the following business day.
Q: What other things you sell?
A: We also sell plain white and colored T-Shirts at very low price. If you need to order something not listed in our website, please feel free to contact us and we will find it for you.
